Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
2 cups Soaked and Cooked Pinto Beans
2 Tbsp. Butter softened
1 Tbsp. Homemade Taco Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Butter for pan
Water
• Combine cooked beans and 2 Tbsp. softened butter into food processor
• Slowly add enough water to the beans to ensure they will puree. Add slowly you can always add more, you can’t take away.
• Puree beans and butter adding more water if necceary
• Add homemade taco seasoning to processor and give a few more good spins to ensure the mix is throughout
• Transfer bean puree to buttered skillet on medium heat
• Cook beans until heated through
• Transfer to serving dish
• ENJOY!
