1. Roll dough with both hands to make a long rope.  (This rope was for a mini pretzel)

2. Make Horseshoe Shape

3. Take Left end and cross it over the right end almost half way up, now making it the right end.

4. Next take the new left end and cross it over the right again. Creating a twist in the two pieces.

5. Bring Both ends up and stick them into the top of the horse shoe.

6. Press ends firmly to insure they stick

7.  You have yourself a perfect pretzel!
