Makes enough mix for about 4-6 servings depending on your pancake size & thickness.
Ingredients:
1¼ cups of HomeMade Pancake Mix
1 egg
3 Tbsp. Melted butter
- Add pancake mix to large bowl and create a well in the center.
- Pour in milk
- Add egg
- Add melted butter
- Mix until smooth
- Heat oiled griddle over medium high heat. (I’ve always been told you know it’s ready when a drop of water sizzles up almost immediately)
- Spoon or poor batter onto hot griddle. (Tip- A Bulb baster is a handy tool for no drip pancakes)
- Flip just as soon as bubbles in batter start to pop.
- Let cook until both sides are golden brown
- Serve HOT
- ENJOY!!!!
