This sauce is perfect for pancakes, waffles, ice cream, a spoon…. All in all its simply delish!

Makes 4 servings

1 Pint or 2 cups whole strawberries; Cleaned & stemmed

1/3 cup sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla

  • Cut strawberries into pieces. I halved some and quartered others to give it a variety
  • In a saucepan over medium high heat combine strawberries, sugar and vanilla.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally until sauce thickens.
  • Remove from heat
  • Pour over desired dish
  • ENJOY!!!

To store refrigerate in an air tight container.
